EORI code registration in England and Scotland, UK EORI code, Ukraine

As of July 1, 2010, all business entities from any country, including Ukraine, Belarus and Russia involved in customs procedures in the EU are required to register in the registration and identification of economic operators system (Economic Operator's Registration and Indentification) to obtain a 17-digit identification EORI code. The number must be used in the course of all economic transactions and completion of customs formalities in the EU, in particular, the EORI number must be specified by subjects of foreign economic activity in the relevant columns of customs declarations and by carriers in the TIR Carnet in international freight transportation, also in the electronic TIR EPD, which is submited to the NCTS system (New Computerised Transit System). Without the EORI number entry into the customs territory of the EU is prohibited.

To avoid delays at the border in international freight transport and customs clearance in the process, we can quickly get EORI number for you within 2 days. If you want to get professional help, please send us your request at otereshchenko@ukr.net or call/Viber +38 050 267 41 77 or +380 98 6433170

Obtain eori code quickly! If the truck is idle at the border waiting for a permanent EORI number, to avoid downtime we can assign you a temporal EORI code within several hours.

Please be informed that on June 17, 2012 the Customs Union of Russia, Kazakhstan and Belarus introduced a mandatory preliminary notification about goods imported into the customs territory of the Union by road transport. Now possible mechanisms for such electronic pre-declaration are: a) a TIR-EDP and b) the internal systems of each country, including registration in the database of economic operators in the EU.
Therefore, taking care of pre-registration of EORI number your company will avoid additional problems during customs clearance of export goods to the EU as well as in Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan.
Business entities are required to register in the EORI system and use their EORI numbers in the EU. Without EORI numbers customs clearance is not carried out.

The main purpose of the EORI system - speed up formalities related to the implementation of customs operations by legal entities and natural persons engaged in customs operations.

Business entities from third countries, including Ukraine, may apply for an EORI number to the customs authorities of a Member State before the planned customs operations on the territory of the EU. These entities may also apply for an EORI number in the course of the first customs operations, for which you must use the code.

To register, submit a complete set of documents, together with the appropriate application. If the application is submitted in person by the applicant the originals of supporting documents must be attached. If the application is mailed, it must be accompanied by the original documents or certified copies.

EORI number is registered for a temporary period of 30 days from the date of application with incomplete data or inadequate documentation. If the application is not supported by documents after a temporary term of the assigned EORI, status will be displayed in the system as "canceled." This status is maintained until all the documents necessary to change the status to "approved" will not be presented.

EORI number specified in the customs declarations, including the TIR Carnet, which are used for TIR operations within the European Union. Also EORI codes listed in the preliminary electronic notices TIR EPD, used in the EC system by customs authorities (New Customs Transit System (NCTS).

The EORI number means the identification number unique in the customs territory of the European Union, designated by the customs authority to the economic operator or to another person for registration for customs purposes. The EORI code is used by economic operators in all communications with EU customs authorities when an identifier is required, for example, when filling out customs declarations.
The EORI number is a unique identification number that companies must use when exchanging data with customs in all EU member states. The customs authority assigns a unique identification number, known as EORI, to each trader who interacts with the customs. Traders are required to use the EORI code in all transactions (declarations) filed by them or on their behalf, regardless of the member state in which these applications are filed. This unique identification number is valid for use in all Member States.
Then the customs must provide detailed information to the European Commission. These data are contained in a central EU database maintained by the European Commission, which also contains similar information provided by other 2 8 Member States. Updates of the national EORI database for customs are regularly reported to the central EU database. Officially, new system members are loaded at night, and thus the code usually it will be officially available the next day.
The central EU database also has a public function that allows third parties to view some limited details of all registered EORIs (that is, the EORI number, name and address.) This is primarily to facilitate the situation when a third party will perform some customs formalities (for example, customs clearance) on behalf of the trader, and he needs to know the code EORI. However, third party access to the database will be permitted only in cases where the trader has given specific written consent to the publication of these details. Information about the trader will not be published, if the trader does not specifically ask about this customs, the consent form, which authorizes the customs post on the Internet is, the name and address of a particular trader.
